This is a territorial problem, RKN partially blocks the network and data packets do not reach, you need a VPN to play

Dear Administration, I contacted my internet provider regarding the issue that the character list on Warmane does not load, making it impossible to play. They confirmed that the problem is with Cloudflare, as Roskomnadzor is blocking its operation. Almost all players from Russia are currently unable to play on the Warmane server. Playing with a VPN is possible, but the quality of the game is significantly worse—high ping and lag. Is there a possibility for you to route traffic for Russian players through a different path, bypassing Cloudflare, so we can return to the server?

seriously doubt they will do anything about that. Most likely, warmane is closed for us, thanks to geniuses from RKN

All Russian servers managed to bypass the Cloudflare block in just one day.
I think if the Warmane administration wanted to, they could also easily solve this problem for Russian players.
