Technical A friend of mine got my pass and deleted all my characters

Happened two days ago. No idea what to do with it, have no coins to restore them all, used two days grace period to restore only one.
Any chance administration could help me with that case please? Don't want to lose it all.
No more friend, no more password sharing ever.

If they mean something to you, you will definitely find couple of euros to restore them, it's not luxury
