Technical Two inaccessable characters that werent deleted but on char trade

hey guys! on icecrown i got two characters that are invisible in the login screen, but i can "character unstuck" them on website, obviously cant restore them because they were never deleted. i believe i had them on warmane trade for a while and apperantly now i cant get em back? strange any help would be appreciated
