Darnassus reputation cloth turn ins

There has been a ticket on bugtracker for over a month regarding the quartermaster cloth turn ins for reputation in major cities and still hasnt been fixed or enabled. Is it gonna be changed or do players from other classes cannot get exalted with other major cities?

You can do the quests in starting zones. Might take a few hours to get exalted but its definitely doable
