So I haven't play 3 years and my Chars got deleted? =(

If you're logging into correct account, as well as right realm, and they aren't there at all, they were deleted. If the characters were below 50, then by inactivity cleanup; if above level 50, then they were manually deleted by an user.

Make sure you secure your account first, since someone deleted your characters.

With 2fa I really doubt someone has logged into your account, so check that you are using the correct account and that you are logged into the correct realm.

The title says he didn't play for three years, it could have happened long before that was enforced.

The forced 2FA came 18th of September 2023. That still leaves a potential gap of well over two years where 2FA wasn't enabled.

Hello, I have same situation. Didin't played for ~2 years and only 2 chars left, is it possible to restore others? Atleast 2 of them had full heirlooms :[

Characters deleted during inactivity cleanup can't be restored by any means.
