Technical Cannot change my password, after sending Reset to e-mail

Hello,

Can you please tell me, how can i reset my password once i've logged in to the Webside with new "generated" trough e-mail ?
When i try to use the password provided in the e-mail, it says its not correct?

It happens to me as well, saying "Invalid new password provided, try again." and no matter what the account password cannot be changed.

Account password still cannot be changed. Kindly advice how to proceed in this case of if this is a known issue and it's being addressed.

Have you tried number/letter combo password with max 12 characters?

Yes, tried different combinations with capital letters, regular, numbers, but nothing worked. Even tried different browsers, but I am running out of ideas.

Ive had the same issue for my daughters account, did the reset and just left her password in a word document since im unable to change it. i can reset it but im unable to change it after signing in.
