Technical help me regain access to my account

The situation is this: i have an account with a login: Nightl ; password can be provided upon request

I have a lot of characters, the most I've played is druid name: Feristill (heal).
I can't understand why I can't log in to my account, maybe the problem is that I haven't logged in for a long time, but I don't get any authentication code to log in to my email, the last time I logged in to the game, there was no such code, please help me to regain access to my account, I've put a lot of time and effort into it, thank you.

- Country where you connected or registered from

You may also include a new email address that you would like your account to be updated to. If we have enough information, we'll be able to update your account immediately without the need for further verification.

The link I provided on my previous post above has FAQ answers for issues I'm not receiving any emails / Invalid code / I have lost or forgotten my email and cannot access my account -issues. Ofc instructions are there too (the quoted text on my post above).

Oh, sorry I didn't catch it on your first post above. Got it and already sent an email. Thanks for replying OhieMitzen, hoping I can get that account back.
