WotLK Some of my characters was delete, why?

Hi after long break(4months) i loged to the server Icecrown and some of my characters are gone, is it possible to get it back. Also my character was renamed to "C_8266640"(WTF?), is that server problem or something else? Please admin to check what happend with my account.

Characters with weird names can be logged. You're just prompted to (re)name them before being able to join the world.
