After clearing the mobs from the first boss you have to wait something like 10/15 seca to iniciate the battle agaisnt the first boss but that battle does not start, me and and raid teleported outside using a portal to the city and reset the dungeon just to find later the bug was still there, plus the next day we try it again and the bug still remains!
