WotLK Suspicious 3v3 teams

Hi all,

I've accidentally noticed some 3v3 teams have a history of games where seemingly the other team always leaves instantly and they gain rating that way. They seem to mainly have games against each other and were active around the same time. Two of those teams are rated >2k and so qualify for Gladiators. Is there a possible explanation for this other than foul play?

And should this be reported in any specific way?
