I have a troll priest who is level 70 (This is my second character in this server). I can not seem to learn cold weather flying and master poroffession for enchanting on this character. Can any of the admin please help me?

Buy with Cold weather flying Tome from Dalaran with your main and send it to your priest, for master profession cant help you
