Droprate of Scroll of Deception

Hello. I have 2 chars as raiders on my account and for each char im doin 1 icc25 per week, but on one char i have 4 scrolls in my back, on another char i have 0 scrolls drop in about 2 last months - i dont know worry about bug or its really very small drop rate.

Maybe i need restart something on account page?

The dropchance is very low, each and every wotlk raid boss from both 10 and 25 man have a 2-3% (educated guess) chance to drop one, battleground and arena wins also have a chance but I don't pvp anymore so no idea about the dropchance there.

If you win a few BGs a day you are almost guaranteed to get one each week, which seems to be the cooldown period.
