Confirm what a staff told me about a ninja loot ban.
Hello, I received a ban, for an alleged ninja loot, I would like to share with you what I got back Staff Smyth "This case has been reviewed. You were found to be quite clearly ninja looting within raids - failing to pass loot to the appropriate roll winner. Hunter's are able to roll freely on one-handed agility weapons. Due to the nature of this infraction, we have decided that it's not within the communities best interest to lift the ban placed on this account at this time."
My Conclusion So, are you telling me that in the forum the guides that you yourselves put as references to other players, do not serve as a starting point for a class? if so, please confirm me, since the one-handed weapons that serves a hunter are those of lord marrowgar, and not those of deathbringer. and if it is possible, please stop referencing something that is imposed by the community forum, so I can do the same and have as proof what you just told me, to roll dice for the Lk staff that is other classes knowing that the sacer disks and shadows use the mace, just because it gives me some stats for my class.
I would appreciate your answer, and have as evidence what you just told me and not have to let me roll for items that give me some class stats.
With this I am not trying to impose the rules of the server, but to have clear information, and have as support the response of the staff itself and not have problems with other players who follow the guidelines posted on the forum.
Your ban appears justified based on the staff's review. While hunters can use one-handed agility weapons, you violated the raid's specific loot rules by not passing the item to the proper winner. The issue isn't about class item suitability but about following the raid's agreed-upon loot distribution. The staff found clear evidence of ninja looting, which is why the ban stands. Ensure you follow raid rules to avoid such issues in the future.
I passed the item to the right win, the weapon was for dk frost, I did not even win it :v, as I say again if there is a shadow that lots for Lk staff, knowing that he must roll dice for mace only, with the excuse that it gives him spell power, how should he act? because according to the idelogy that you tell me, not everyone knows what to use and what to roll.
you are evading my question, here the Staff tells me that the hunter “can use one-handed weapons that give agility” the paladin can also use pole weapons that give agility” So I don't know, what are you taking into consideration for a ninja loot to be banned?
One person won the roll, you ignored their roll and gave it to someone else, without any raid rule backing that up, the actual winner of the roll reported you and you got the due punishment.
Why do you keep using priests rolling on "LK staff" as an example of possible ninjalooting? It's completely fine if casters(not just priests) roll that/those staff/staves(10man is spellpower crit haste, 25man is spirit spellpower haste). In your case, as stated before me, it's about you not distributing loot properly as a RL/ML.
So, being a moderator you are confirming me, the same thing no? a retry can lot for LK polearm, even though there are hunters, just because he wins the higher roll, Only because he can use it, confirm me, to take a picture and if I have a problem with it, I have your back up, confirm me please.
With this, I'm not trying to evade the ban, I just want to be clear about the rules they are taking so that a random player batches for items and the one who set up the raid doesn't get banned, even though he didn't win any item LOL
I'm arguing, that a retry can roll for all polearms just because he can use it and there are shovel builds that can use agility :). Now about your question, I am not against it, but if I see that in the raid there are dks and rogue, they are not priority? the worst, in the roll it specifies DKS/ ROGUE, but it seems that our friend who reported did not send that capture hahaha.
1) Agi, AP, hit and arpen are 100% hunter stats. They are not part of a "shovel build"
2) Did you communicate before beginning the raid (ie before people got saved) that that particular sword was for dks/rogues only? If not, you ninjaed it
You are getting confused or you are not reading the post well, at no time I said something about a shovel gaining a one-handed weapon that gives agility, I talk about polearms, and if you don't know about the agility build, don't comment. Now I just want to be clear about the rules, to avoid future bans, and that if the majority of players will only take into account that a class can use a weapon just because the instructor teaches you, and this is enough for me to be able to roll dice for it. I would like to see a war with lk25 polearm, with reyna's weapon, a paladin the same and a full hpala with leathers/cloth and caster spell power items, to heal more :)
