For pvp, some say that Swordguard Embroidery (400 ap - tailoring) is better than +22 agility and others say that it is better agility.

Have you taken into account that using the tailoring enchantment requires tailoring? This is, you have to compare it not only to the +22 agi enchantment but to the entire profession you are losing.
On the other hand, tailoring has nets, which are grossly underused.
