Anyone know how to get the Cheese addon working?

I found a video of a guy using an addon called Cheese which highlighted his abilities when they proc. Looked cool, but I downloaded it and it doesn't seem to work. Is it just incompatible with Vanilla stuff?

For all this sort of addons problem on Ony, the only solution is to start using WEAK AURAS bro.
