Dungeon Leavers

I get it, people arent always going to behave the best, or have things come up, but a 75 paladin horde has joined and immediately left 4 consecutive dungeons I have had with him today, screwing the dps. Does ignoring a player stop one from getting partied with them? Can this be considered disruptive gameplay? or is this just what we have to deal with in private server communities?

if you dont use an addon for your ignore list, ignoring a person SHOULD prevent you from being grouped with that person.
its a build-in feature but i dont know if that has been fixed / implemented on warmane
