Macro "mod" is causing the "Spell is not ready yet' text error

Since today after i got an error that said the world server is down, i've been having problems with my macros. I have a macro for Rejuvenation/Regrowth on my Mouse Wheel Up with mod:alt for Regrowth. The spell work fine just like before except i'm getting "Spell is not ready yet" everytime i cast it. I had this macro for weeks since i started playing a druid, never happened before today
(Every macro that has "mod" is causing the error to show up)

Any idea what's causing this? I tried logging on 2 different clients and the same thing happens. Anyone else experiencing this?

Perhaps your keybinds got messed up. Attempt to keybind Alt- binds in the Escape menu and see if it steals the bind from somewhere else (click Cancel to prevent it actually stealing the keybind though, of course).
