WotLK My mana gem is bugged.

I have a mana gem in my bags and when I mouseover it it* says "Retrieving item information". I can't consume it, I can't delete it and I also can't conjure a new mana gem because I already have an existing one. I opened a ticked but gm just sent me to forums instead. I tried deleting my cache but that didn't help. What should I do?
