Technical Settings keep dropping to standart ones after closing the game.

So I install launcher opened it works just fine accepted blizard stuff at the start changed setting of graphics played the game called it a day and closed the game. Next day opened the game and wow drops all the setting and i have to redo accept blizzard stuff again. Its happen everytime i close the game its really anoying but at least my characters are fine. I tried to change ownership of the file and tried to allow changes to the file but it didnt worked. Please help if possibe (sorry for any mistakes not a native speaker)
