Hey everyone, im new to the server and i was looking to donate to get some coins but i see from prior posts that when people put in their mastercard/visa info online they get rejected for the purchase. I just wanted to see if anyone else has tried recently to donate through the store and actually been able to/ the problems for donating were fixed? Any help is appreciated :).

I've never had any issues donating with my Visa card.
Avoid using a VPN when using a credit card, as it can sometimes trigger security measures and block your card.Edited: July 3, 2024

Alright i appreciate that! I live in the US so i dont believe i would have any issues at all, just wanting to make sure since i have never used Paymentwall before that its a secure payment verifier and that i wont have any issues. don't want to get my bank hacked or anything you know?

Living or not living in US doesn't affect how Paymentwall may flag some donation attempts as fraudulent. When this happens, you have three options:
1. Contact Paymentwall -> They'll ask you to provide photocopy of your ID -> Do it and they authorize the payment to go through.
2. Contact Paymentwall -> They'll ask you to provide photocopy of your ID -> Don't do it and the money will be available again at your bank account in few days.
2.5 Do nothing -> money will be available again at your bank account in few days.
3. Use a prepaid card -> Donate -> Get your coins -> Play and have fun without any hassle.

Gotcha. That helps out alot! I tried getting a CVS card and those guys suck and im having a hassle with them can i just go into a dollar general buy a pre paid card and use the info from that for the donate for the "Dollar General" info? Sorry for all the questions guys i just want to get my coins so i can just have fun lol. Thank you all for the help!
