WotLK A Shaman ninja loot my scorpion trinket

Good evening, today I did a daily as usual and at the end of the Forge of Souls (FOS) dungeon the scorpion trinket came out. I was the only Hunter in the group, there were paladins, shamans and magicians. No one but me needed it.
A Shaman called ******** gave him need and people told him that it was wrong. I lost in dice unfortunately and he told me give me 20 k to give it to you and his excuse was that I had more g.s and I told him ok I have more g.s but my trinkets are not adequate. Personally that doesn't help you and he told me that he would see what he did with it and he just proceeded to leave.
I only have a photo of the dice roll but it was today 07/05/2024 at approximately :04:05: Server time.
Is there any way to have the trinket?

First, you won't get "your" trinket back, so reporting won't do anything. When you report someone and that someone is found guilty they are banned but they keep the item.

Second, that shaman is enha, so he has just as much right to the trinket as you do.

I never know about that , this is my first public reporting to i do. So as long i see paladins can roll dbw for memes : D.

An enha rolling for scorpion is not doing it "for memes", it's a very good trinket for them.

Can people stop crying over that garbage trinket? Like sure (currently the name is edited out and I can't check armory), if the shaman wasn't enha and did ninjaloot it, report him in an ingame ticket with proper proof and you're good. The person gets 5 days of downtime and Points get ****ed for a year. No, you don't get the garbage trinket shoved into your bags, but honestly, if you've been collecting points on your account, just get Banner of Victory from ToC 5normal. If you already have it, as a hunter look for something that has flat arp and some kind of attack power proc. That should be good enough as starting gear.
Anyone not taking you into raids because of your trinkets is either "special" or doesn't want competition and doesn't reserve items to fill faster.
