I purchased a Shaman on the Warmane store - and I dont have any Totems

Hello all,

Yesterday I purchased a Shaman off the Warmane store, and the inventory had noting in it. Not even a hearthstone.
That leaves me in a pickle as I do not have any totems, and I have no idea how to get them back.
I tired talking to a variety of Shaman trainers and no luck.
Do I redue all the quests to get each fire, water, air, earth, totem?

Any input would be helpful.

That is the easiest and cheapest way: do three quests and you get one totem which can be used as fire, water, etc
