    Glyph of holy light changes

    In latest changelog it says "Fixed Glyph of Holy Light healing not being affected by ratio of effective healing". I'm a bit confused on the wording. Does this mean the glyph now ONLY heals off the amount of effective healing ignoring the total holy light, reducing its healing?
