WotLK how to raid VOA 25?

Hello, I want to do my first VOA 25 raid and I'm a little nervous and I need help.

I know what is needed:
-2 tanks
-4 or 5 healers
...
My question is:
-What addons do you use?
-What dps are needed? And how many mdps and rdps?
-What minimum gs is necessary?
-other tips you can give me.

1. whatever addons you want
2. every dps should do around 4.5k dps to reasonably kill him(before 4th whiteout maybe), you can go usual 9 melee 9 ranged
3. no idea, probably 4k gs
this will work if 20/25 people know what to do, where to be, when to use cd's

4. since people will have no idea what to do/will ignore mechanics, you better invite people with as good gear as you can get.

If RDPS only wants to damage boss, I only use teleport out of VoA, not a portal.

Regarding actual topic:
Addon to track rolls, raid roll etc., several people rolling and you don't want to give wrong loot to somebody else.
Balanced melee/ranged works. Fewer melees shouldn't hurt, but fewer ranged might (if they slack on orbs).
GS - If you want safer runs, around 5K.
