Site Store error. Does "Race Change" include a free "Character Rename"?

I am looking at the store services, and I saw an error in the description of "Race change". It repeats the same line twice.

I suspect that it was supposed to say "Character's name, appearance and gender can be recustomized" after the first line, because I have seen very old (2+ years) posts saying that Race Change includes Name Change.

I just wanna hear if anyone has bought Race Change within the last year, and if you got a free name change with it?

Race change costs 20 Coins and provides:
- Character's race changed to the chosen race
- Character's race changed to the chosen race
- Race change is completed through the character selection screen in-game

Recustomization costs 10 Coins and provides:
- Character's name, appearance and gender can be recustomized
- Recustomization is completed through the character selection screen in-game

Character rename costs 5 Coins and provides:
- Character's name changed to the desired new name
- Character rename is completed through the character selection screen in-game

I decided to do Faction Change instead (30 coins). It gave me the character creator in-game again, and I was able to change the name too. So I can at least confirm that Faction Change includes name change!

I haven't verified if Race Change (20 coins) includes it too, but it makes sense that it would, and I have seen several people say that you can change name when changing race (within the same faction). If more people have done Race Change (NOT Faction Change), it would be good to hear at least 1 other person saying that same-faction race change includes it too. Just so future readers of this thread can feel safe.
