If you want more resilience replace the PvE waist with https://wotlk.cavernoftime.com/item=51362, use 10str/10res as red and 20 res as yellow gems and replace 34 str with 34 res gems if you have JC.
Best profs for BG are JC+Eng
Best for arena are JC+BS

Preg performs usually better than ret in arena.
