Is this boting or multiboxing?

Im curious, when a player has 5 characters all doing the same at the same time (not just following), all casting the same hability at the same time and using exactly the same movements, its just multiboxing? or boting?
I remember reading something that you can multibox but not use bots,

Multiboxing yes, every time the characters does something its because a person actual presses abilities etc, playing the game basicly, bots is someone setting up more of a automatic system so they can go to work 8 hour then come home to a whole bag filled with lichbloom or whatever.
