I'm just curious why is it that my Activity Rank became lower. From Envoy now it became agent. Hope you guys can give an answer, thank you.

Based of achievement points I belive, I got lower rank too one time due to a minor bugg, if you play on onyxia on that account too it links all unique achievements gained on characters you have regardless or what realm or even version of game (my mist of pandario achievements for example counted towards this, and they might did some changes for TBC that affected it not sure, maybe they fixed it cause it stacked the wrong way so you got higher rank without it being uniquely gained achievements, who knows. I wouldn't worry about it, it got fixed for me quite fast again.

Are you sure there's anything broken that needs fixing?
Did you sell a character, that can affect your points through its achievements.
Were you banned? Is your Account Status: in good standing? If it's not, you lose the benefit of 0.5 points for it being "in good standing".
Being banned removes your good standing account status for a year.
