Also having issue with accidentally vendored item (then connection dropped -> buyback table wiped on login), only received generic "sorry that happened" response.
It's very weird, because nearly every other private server over the decade has offered this kind of service as it's bound to happen.

You can restore items you bought with coins, open "item missing" ticket here on site.
Otherwise, you got your response already. Learn from your mistake and move on.
