WotLK help with quest The Purification of Quel'Delar.

Hi everyone, maybe its a stupid question or bug, but i can't get a quest item from quest The Purification of Quel'Delar.

if I use my quest item in the fountain in Sunwell, how is it supposed to work, after a while I should take a weapon from the "fountain" but when I click on the weapon I get a blank window (as you can see in the screenshot)

Do you have some advice or im doing something wrong? I had read this quest and watched videos on YT.

You can't do this quest in a raid group.
