WotLK Dungeon farming build

Hi all,
I'm looking for some build guidance for solo dungeon running. I think it would be fun to see how far I could get.
I can't make the time - or to be honest, effort - commitments for any kind of group content like dungeons, raids, or arenas.

I can sometimes squeeze in a Wintergrasp or Random BG - but those latter have plenty of PVP guides.

If it helps: gear is all item level 200-264 range with a mix of Gladiator, Crafted, and BOE; I play on Lordaeron.
Most of my time at 80 has been spent with a 50/0/21 build I read about somewhere ages ago when I first levelled.

Soloing wrath dungeons at your gear level should be pretty difficult or impossible for most of them with heroics being out of the picture. Your best bet would be a blood tank build.
Even if you were to get to the point of doing dungeons solo there are practically no benefits aside from the challenge:
a) You have priority on tank loot either way since there is only one tank per dungeon.
b) By the time you're able to solo a dungeon you won't really need the gear from it.
c) Doing a dungeon solo will be many times slower than finding a group using the dungeon finder and finishing the dungeon with said group combined (contradicting your lack of time statement).

Raids are huge time sinks. Lack of time pretty much means raiding is out of the picture.

Arenas are quick if you're into pvp and you find someone to squeeze some when both online.

Suggestion: A more doable version of your challenge is to spend your spare (down)time to level four more toons on separate accounts in order to multibox (there is a section of the forum if you're unfamiliar with what it is) them together. Especially difficult at the start since you're controlling five characters semi-simultaneously, but dungeons are doable solo once you get the hang of it.
