Site Item shows up in store but cannot be bought and can't be requested

I tried requesting Exodar Life-Staff on the store but I get an error message that the items name is incorrect. I've checked my spelling multiple times.

This staff doesn't show up in list of staves but when I type the name of the staff in the search box it shows up as an item but I can't find it and buy it.

I know I'm supposed to request items only through the store but since I can't get it to work through the store I chose to post about it here anyway.

Level 70 items aren't there for a reason. The reason is you're expected to play the game, not to collect points and get your stuff without playing.

There's multiple level 60 and 70 items on the store for coins. I don't understand your answer. I also only play on Black Rock and can't therefore farm any other gear ingame other than the gear that is available on Blackrock. I've been able to purchase other cosmetic items for level 60 and 70 before without a problem. Just this item doesn't show up and isn't possible to request. That's why I report it here

I can't remember the name but there is another staff with the exact same model and color earned by compleating a quest chain, try search for that one instead.

iirc right staff, there will not be "bind of equip" items in store

Exodar Life-Staff is BoE as it turns out, and the other weapon that has same model is from Shadowmoon Valley quest line.

BoE items aren't added to the store, and not all quest item rewards are either. You could request to add Staff of the Redeemer (same model) to be added to the store.

That explains it. Thanks a lot! BoE's in the store would be silly. I've requested Staff of the Redeemer instead.
