I was curious what is this all about Noblegarden event in Goldshire (I didn't check rest of the places)?
There are brightly coloured eggs available to be picked on the ground (and get achieves).
Although you can't consume chocolates because it's not event time, you can still loot eggs and pick up items for achieve.
Fun glitch though.
