Realms [Onyxia] Removal of Marks of Honour from TBC PvP Gear

I would like to put in a suggestion to have the removal of Marks of honour on the honour gear for TBC.

There are a couple of reason for the removal
1. Win Trading and/or not putting in effort to play the BG
This one is straight forward, some people might only need marks and have the honour sitting so they will just afk or bot the reminder of the Marks for their piece of gear
2. Lack of participation in selective BGs especially during off peak times.
This one is concerning since BGs is slower during NA time and that can lead into 0 of a certain BG to be running which therefor cannot earn the marks for their respective piece of gear
3. Not Efficient System in comparison to Wotlk
As stated it can be very hard to gear for TBC pvp, and with limited time it should be looked at. Onyxia did have a unique take on the vanilla system which did have its pros and cons, and for TBC I suggest this should be also changed as well.

So a more of a TLDR
Remove the Marks of honour from TBC pvp gear and adjust it with a increased honour, or even keep the honour the same due to limited time/seasons.

I support this suggestion.
In addition Random BG should be implemented so we have one big queue pool and the pvp playerbase isn't split in 4 separated queues for each BG.
The specific BG queue system of TBC led to BG hopping attitude, long waiting times and half empty BGs. We have already experienced that on Outland... The random BG queue system of Wotlk has proven to work much better.

I completely agree with you, many players will go AFK if they only need marks. I remember back when TBC private servers were popular; I used to play on one (can't mention the name due to rules, and it was shut down long ago), and I would AFK in battlegrounds because I only needed marks, having already earned enough honor.

Your suggestion makes sense. Marks should be removed from the game, as I’m sure a lot of players will go AFK and might even use anti-AFK tools.
