Hi! I donated to Warmane to get some coins. I got charged for the donation made and no coins appear. I thought ok must take some minutes, but this happened more than 15 hours ago so I do believe this must be a problem. I need assistance! I can provide all the necessary payment support.

I did through other payment menthod. It was a phisical way where you would need to pay with cash.

I'm not aware of a cash donation option..... Your 2 options would be using Premium Member Support, or sending an email to [email protected] with the details of the problem.

I dont think I have a premium account because all the support I can open is to appeal ban and I do not even have any banned accounts. Whats the way to get a premium account?

What way you even tried to donate? Because if you didn't do it through https://www.warmane.com/account/donate your money is surely stolen.
If you did go through that very link, after clicking 'donate' there's 'help' on top right corner of the small window with donation options. Click that.

I did through there, the options that appeared top be I believe are based on location. Im myself based in Colombia. So I had 4 options to make payment:
1. SafetyPay
2. Mint
3. Efecty
4. Davivienda (the one I chose - but I had to make a physycal payment in the authorized places provided by the ticket when I selected the option)
