Do Battlegrounds work?

New to Warmane, wanted to relive classic WoW days. Haven't played in probably 15 years.

I wanted to do PvP battlegrounds like Warsong and Arathi Basin, but everytime I queue up for them, I wait forever and never get added into a match.
Do battlegrounds just not work on Warmane? Or are there just nobody playing them?

They do, but it's a EU server, and if you're alliance and don't have on mercenary mode enabled, it will take some time. Especially during the mornings. During peak hours you shouldn't spend more than a couple of minutes in queue if you've got mercenary mode enabled.

Battlegrounds are fully working, if you want to join a specific battleground wait for the respective Call to Arms to happen.
