WotLK Stuck in party/dungeon

Hello everyone!
Today apparently something gone wrong in RDF. Started with PoS, tank left - queqe for another one - tank enters but in FoS telling us we were in wrong instance. I tp out of PoS, tp in and I am in FoS. I tp out again and go ''by foot'' to the PoS. I enter - party got dismembered, I exited the dungeon by foot and it leaves me in Dalaran. Since that i can't enter RDF and I cant join any party cause it says I am already in party (and when i right click on my icon I dont have option to leave party). I tried to do '' unstuck char '' on site but nothing. Can someone please help?
