is there any option to pay money to restore lost chars? (due to inactivity or deleted more than 30 days ago).

its really annoying that you login to your level 34 alt which you created a full bank with it, full of the most important/rarest
items in the game then you come back to your account you find this most important char you had was deleted with all
the ultra rare items that you sent to its back, I miss my old chars so much and I lost so many and so much on each of them.

is there any way to retrieve theme through payments or so?

No. Inactivity cleanup deletions are irreversible. Characters that are deleted by users have 30 days to be restored, or lost into the abyss forever.

Logging once a year is minimum requirement to keep your characters secure from inactivity cleanups. I recommend yearly logins to happen during autumn or winter, generally before February.

Big bank, ultra rare items etc. and they get neglected like that?

I had to quit playing for a long time because I had to (got a new job as a software engineer and don't have the energy to come back from work and play), its just inconvenient to find your chars deleted because you stopped playing for a while, I lost all the work the put on them in my very hard to find and narrow free time which makes them even more valuable since I don't have all the time for redoing the work, I refuse this to be called neglect, there is nothing like this in any MMO as far as I know, and I refuse your view that its the player's fault that he neglected his chars (if that's what you meant), it was about 2 years, its not like it was 12 years ago that I stopped playing, I miss my chars so much and I find it very inconvenient that I lost most of my chars permenantly because of a routine clean up, saving data in some storage device is dirt cheap these days, we should only be charged for retrieving them because of the effort you have to put into retrieving them once they are requested to be retrieved.

It takes just a one time donation to make an account Premium and exempt from getting characters removed during inactivity clean ups (the most they lost are character names). We've been having inactivity clean ups since 2017, so an account from December 2021 would already have experienced at least one of them to be aware of how they worked and take steps to avoid being affected, be it by having a Premium account of taking the time to log in once a year.
