Retrieve characters

Good day

I would like to ask on how to retrieve lost characters I haven't played for like 2 years or less and I would like to play again but all of my chsrscters are gone

Anyone can help me if there's a possibility to retrieve characters

You're way too late. Longest period for character restoration is 30 days from deletion, if done by a player. Characters subject to inactivity cleanup can't be restored at all.

If the characters have C and numbers as names, they can be played, just need to give them new names. You should be prompted for new name when you try to login on them as you'd normally do.
