Change gender?

I want to know if I use the following services character rename via coins/points does makes it possible to change the gender also?

Character rename costs 10 Points and provides:
- Character's name changed to the desired new name
- Character rename is completed through the character selection screen in-game
- Character rename is irreversible and not eligible for refund

Iam thinking since its in the character selection screen, shouldnt it allow to change gender to?

It does not. We typically have this under a "character recustomization" feature.
