[BUG ?] Quest NPC not there - Sanath Lim-yo in Azshara

Hey, not sure if this would be better in the support Q/A forum, sorry.

So I am blocked on a mage quest because of an absent NPC : Sanath Lim-yo in Azshara. He's supposed to be in his camp on the ground to teleport people in the unreachable home of his master Xylem, but several times now I've been at his camp and he's not there. Other people I've encountered there seem to have trouble as well. I am, ofc, certain of the location I'm at.

Moreover, the NPC seems to be known for his bugginess, either on retail, or even here (seems to have 2 bugreports for this same issue).

Do we all miss something and we should just wait for the NPC to come back ? Any workaround ?

Having the same issue in Icecrown realm as well. He's just not there.
