Hello,

I havent played for some time and i got all my low lvl chars deleted. I understand you need to clear space. I lost most of my heriloom items and a quite a lot of mats stored at my characters bank, character Lilou. If it is posibble, could you please restore this character and my herilooms, or at least my heirlooms?
