everytime i run my client it starts in windowed mode with default settings and even playes the trailer when lauching it.. i got to update my video settings everytime after launch any idea whats wrong?

Sounds like a write-permission, like with admin privs. How are you exiting the game?
If you exit the game using Alt+F4 it doesn't save your settings. Improperly terminating the exe doesn't save config. Only other thing I can think of is placing the the WoW folder somewhere else.

I exit normal way, like logout or exit game..
have moved my folder also :/

remove read only from wow folder

1. Restart your PC.
2. Close and exit torrent.
3. Move your WoW -folder to other folder, away from Torrent's Download folder.
4. Right click WoW -Folder, select properties, un-check "Read-only" and Apply.
5. If you get prompt, Apply changes to this folder, subfolders and files and click OK.
