im not receiving the 2FA code that is supposed to be sent to my email. there was a 2FA bug around 28 feb - 5 mar which me and most of my raid guilds / friends has experienced, since that day every time i try to connect to my account the 2fa code never reaches. I tried to contact the support email several times providing the previous emails / screenshots from old times and history account. i would appreciate any direct help from staff team or players who has encountered the same problem!
