Yesterday doing some nexus dungeon I experience some weird lag and had to reload but after that the dungeon eye icon that appears right next to the minimap was gone. This means that I can't just leave a dungeon cause I have no way to teleport back to it.
I have already reloaded multiple times after that to no success. If anyone knows a fix for this problem I would appreciate the help.

Leave that party and que new dungeon.
If your party is gitched, type:
/run LeaveParty()

Thx for the advice, it seems though that it was a conflict with an addon, dunno which yet, but I fixed it by disabling them and re enabling the little by little.

I had similar problem when I finally switched from xperl-dominos-sexymap mismatch UI to ElvUI. Some minimap related icons weren't showing up. Turns out, the minimap icons were there, just behind the map textures. With MoveAnything I moved the minimap icons next to minimap. I think it would've been possible to give them higher priority to show up on top of map, but didn't bother doing that.

Anyone still struggling
If anyone is still struggling with this, the problem lies with SexyMap.
Ctrl + right click on the map
Go to buttons
Scroll down to dungeon finder
Check the box that says always show
The next time you search for a dungeon it will appear, or it will be hidden under other icons and you just have to move them out of the way. :)
