Forum Banned for not responding

My son has been playing as he loves fishing.
For safety reasons, I advised him not to reply or react to situations where someone is speaking or an attack is happening.
Apparently I was banned for botting and i've open a ticket but no response since then.
I was wondering if any moderators / admins can reach out to me regarding this situation.
Just want to have fun on warmane. Exploiting and Botting was never even something we were aware of since the start, not even something we dare to explore further due to the lack of tech knowledge we have towards automation.

Sounds like a load of bs to me, but you can always do it properly and open a ban appeal ticket.

Agree with Angrylol. They won't ban you JUST because you weren't responding. They have other methods of detection. Sounds like you got caught and want undeserved sympathy. Don't use bots.

Suck up the fact that account is gone, cause botting = perma ban on that account.
