Hello everyone! Recently I faced a problem, which I don't know how to solve. Icecrown realm, finally found a party with rdf as dps and... First things first our tank instantly left. So, it happens, right? You just realized that you don't want to go dung, or something happened, all is good. Than we agreed to wait for another one and soon he came - feral druid, we instantly started to clear adds, but he just ran through, collecting all of them, healer was not able to keep him alive and we wiped. All came back and told tank to play slowly, but he started to blame healer in a very toxic manner, also he started to spamming votes to kick on him with same message over and over again, I never rejected that many votes in a row. Soon we realized that he does not want to continue. Also I personally could not vote for him, as voting was in process. So, 4 men agreed that tank is a bad guy and we want to continue without him, but how? He kept complaining and blaming, we asked him to quit, which he rejected. It ended up with 4 guys wasted time and got Dungeon Deserter status.
So, how can we handle such situation, I hope, it's not common problem, as I never faced it earlier. How the vote for kick works, and shouldn't it have some cooldown of voting for one exact person?

a) Vote to kick the problem player - Votes expires after a minute or so, and you can vote again. If 4 of you agreed, it should've been easy vote and kick. Replace & continue.
b) If the tank refuses to continue, decides to "AFK", or in general isn't doing what they are supposed to in RDF - take screenshots and make a report.
c) Leave the party yourself.
Tip for the future: You had 4 people (including yourself) wanting to do some dungeons and being in agreement. At that point you should've formed your own group and look for the tank in a public/guild chat.
