WotLK Looking to get the "revenge proc" in all stances

Hey guys,

I have been trying to find a good ADDON that works on this private servor but none of them work or if they do i can't make them do what i want.

Basically i wanna do in every stances with an icone each time i have a overpower or revenge proc.

Could you please give me the link of the addons which do that and tell me how to get it done?
