Technical Cannot get authenticator code

I have lvled 2 chars on Onyxia, never had problem with log in. Now something happened and wow asked me for some authenticator. No idea what is it, or where to get it.

The biggest problem is that, when I try to log into my account on warmane web, it sends the authentication code, but I dont receive it at any of my emails. I have one primary mail and 2 others, but its not getting enywhere.

Can u help how to find out which email adress it is registered? Im a bit despared!

The two chars I have on account are both 60lvl lock and pally. Nicks Namgon and Beerbringer.
