Technical Ice crown realm stucks on connecting

Hello ! i am new to this server i want to connect to ice crown realm
i downloaded client and everything is fine with realm list in fact i can connect and make characters in all 3 realms but the icecrown
so when i try to change realm it just stucks on the window '' Retrieving characters list'' please help

forgot to mention this : after stuck on the window i will just get disconnected and when i relog i will be on onyxia realm again and this whole story happens again
